Venus Maxi: red clay court resurfacing machine

The first rule is "NO EFFORT"! This machine was created for non-professional maintenance workers, it is easy to use, you immediately learn to use it at its best instinctively, and however you adjust it, it allows you to do ordinary and extraordinary maintenance without effort. In fact, the rule is to adjust it to a depth from 1 to 4 (indicated in the cursor of the front depth range) and to the automatic advancement speed (using the accelerator lever on the right of the guide handle) so that the machine advances by itself without having to hold it back or without having to struggle to drive it in a straight direction. At the end of the court you leverage the handles, lift the front and it turns on itself without effort. If the surface is very hard, first adjust to a depth between 1 and 2, not more than 2.5, and a medium advancement speed (gas lever halfway up its top rangel) and the Venus grind and regenerates the surface without pulling too much in advance. If it is necessary to go deeper, you can adjusted in a second pass to a greater depth, but grind the surface 5/8mm depth, then use Venus on a second step. If you find difficult to hold the machine or guide it, it means that the surface is too hard for that depth of action: then the excavation depth is lightened with the central handwheel and raised so that the job will be easy and you proceed more quickly to your final result

That's the version of Venus born in 2016: the answer to a particular need for those countries close to the equator where for years we have exported our machines for the maintenance of clay courts for the tennis clay curts resurfasing and bocce courts clay baseball playground. In fact, the high humidity often forces the maintainers of the red clay to add new clay to the one that is compacted, creating thick and very hard layers that are very difficult to break.

So we created an oversized version of our Venus with larger blade and a heavier rotor and the addition of a depth-adjustable front clay grinder that breaks the hard and compact clay to clods so that the rotor immediately reduce in fine refubished clay without excessively wearing the abrasive discs.
